Property Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to requests and problems in a timely manner.
- Follow up to ensure there was a satisfactory resolution to any issues that arise.
- Manage the property to minimize tenant complaints.
- Providing excellent service.
- Ensure all reports and budgets are completed accurately and on time.
- Conduct inspections of the tenant spaces to ensure upkeep of the property.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
Property Manager Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and Adobe Professional.
- Interest in obtaining Real Estate License.
- 1 or more years of experience working in real estate with property management experience.
- Experience in financial accounting.
