Program Management Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Communicate requirements during implementation phases.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company.
- Assist partners in resolving submission issues, fostering effective communication and long-term collaboration to enhance program partner outcomes.
- Proactively identify and advise on data integrity risks or analytics-related issues.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation in Confluence to support partner/process transparency, knowledge sharing, and audit-readiness.
- Communicate issues and recommendations clearly and promptly to stakeholders to drive resolution and alignment.
- Lead the lifecycle of data validation processes, including request initiation, timeline definition, criteria development, testing coordination, and deprecation planning.
Program Management Business Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Program Analyst, or similar role.
- Deep understanding of how data quality impacts downstream processes, with the ability to analyze partner-submitted data and present clear, actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis (Excel and BI tools like Tableau/Power BI)
- Preferred experience with SQL or similar database languages for querying, analyzing, and validating structured data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
