We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient HR Administrator to join a growing Human Resources team here in the OKC area. This role plays a critical part in supporting HR functions with a focus on benefits administration, documentation processing, employee onboarding, and maintaining compliance with DOT and HIPAA regulations. HR Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee benefits processes including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Review and reconcile HR-related invoices and documents for accuracy, and work with vendors or internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Software Utilization.
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions, ensuring all documentation is completed and filed appropriately (both electronically and in hard copy as needed).
- Maintain accurate and organized personnel files in accordance with company policy and legal requirements, including electronic and physical filing systems.
- HIPAA standards and ensure sensitive employee information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Screen applications and assist in identifying qualified DOT drivers, flagging potential candidates for follow-up.
- Provide general HR administrative assistance as needed, including document preparation, internal reporting, and responding to employee inquiries.
HR Administrator Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
- Experience with benefits administration and reconciling invoices/documents.
- Familiarity with Paycom software is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to or willingness to learn Tenstreet software (training provided).
- Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain filing systems (both digital and hard copy).
- The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and internal policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
