Accounts Payable Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process invoices out of email box into electronic repository
- Key invoices into the system.
- Answer emails regarding questions from vendors
- Work with buyers to resolve issues on invoices.
- Set up new vendors and work monthly vendor statements.
- Basic excel functions.
- Assist with check process as needed.
Accounts Payable Specialist Skills and Requirements:
- Strong computer skills including Excel experience.
- Strong communication skills
- Hands-on, detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical, planning, and evaluation skills
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (preferred)
