Front Office Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Input orders that come in through telephone calls and emails.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Greeting customers.
  • Data Entry.
  • Filing. 
  • Price Quoting.

Front Office Administrator Skills and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Abilities to spot the difference between receipts, purchases, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service or front desk experience.
  • Accounts payable experience preferred but not required.
