Job Summary:

Our insurance company is seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented Customer Support to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering calls, greeting guests, marketing renewals, handling payments, and providing general administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

– Answer incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate department

– Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner

– Market insurance renewals and follow up with clients

– Handle payments and maintain accurate records

– Provide administrative support such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

– Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Strong organizational and time management skills

– Detail-oriented and able to work independently

– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

– Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
