Job Description:

We are looking for a Contract Inventory Planner to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal candidate will have skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and have a high attention to detail. APICS certification or the willingness to pursue certification is preferred. A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain inventory plans to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels

– Analyze inventory levels and sales trends to identify potential inventory issues

– Work with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy

– Manage and maintain inventory reporting tools

– Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products

– Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

– Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives related to inventory management

– Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts

Requirements:

– High School Diploma or GED

– Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel

– Attention to detail

– APICS certification or the willingness to pursue certification is preferred

– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

– Strong organizational and time management skills
