Titan Professional Resources is looking for a Document Administrator to work for a great company here in the OKC area! Document Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assess and prepare physical or electronic documents to ensure quality images.
  • Operate scanning equipment and perform minor equipment adjustments.
  • Create, modify, and maintain data indexes to ensure input quality and consistency.
  • Retrieve imaged information as needed for operational purposes.
  • Maintain appropriate files and records of imaged materials.
  • Evaluate the quality and suitability of images in accordance with applicable standards.
  • Adhere to content management key performance indicators (KPIs), policies and best practices.
  • Keep statuses of assigned tickets updated appropriately.

Document Administrator Skills and Requirements:

  • General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Outlook
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; follow oral and written instructions.
  • Effectively communicate with team members and other business professionals
  • Eagerness to learn and be flexible to changes in processes and technology.
  • Routinely meet Service Level Agreements and KPIs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative, clerical, or similar office experience (required)
  • Previous imaging experience (preferred)
