We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join a great team in the OKC area. The HR Coordinator will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive employee experience and ensuring smooth HR operations within our organization.


  • Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and facilitate onboarding processes for staff.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave programs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Update job requirements and descriptions for positions.
  • Manage recruitment efforts to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
  • Advise and coach managers on candidate selection and conduct exit interviews.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate compliance training.
  • Implement and manage the retail mentorship program for new employees.
  • Conduct periodic pay surveys, prepare payroll budgets, and recommend pay structure revisions.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee coaching and discipline.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Heavy ADP experience.

  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of three years of human resource management experience
