Company Trainer Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and delivering educational/training programs on various products and services to both internal and external employees.
- Ensures that the training is effective and maintains the standards of the company’s products.
- Provides support and mentoring for new employees.
- Conducts evaluations where improvements in training are needed.
- Develops systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training.
Company Trainer Skills and Requirements:
- Aptitude to find, analyze, and clearly understand product information.
- Ability to engage and ensure information is understood.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Experience with oil and gas standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of related experience of training
- Knowledge of ERP system.
- Willingness to travel.
