Sr. Programmer Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality software solutions in accordance with project requirements and timelines.
- Analyze business needs and technical requirements to recommend system enhancements and improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and analysts, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Lead software development projects from concept to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software designs, processes, and user manuals.
- Ensure the integrity and performance of applications through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Identify and resolve issues related to applications and systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Sr. Programmer Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in .NET application Web Development using C#, or experience in .NET Core and MVC.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
