HR Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling Payroll Weekly.
- In charge of Benefits administration.
- Onboarding responsibilities.
- General Administrative duties such as record-management, data entry, answering phones, etc.
- Assist in AR/AP, Insurance, etc.
HR Assistant Skills and Requirements:
- Payroll experience.
- Benefits experience.
- Experience with onboarding a decent quantity of people.
- Experience in administrative tasks.
