Invoicing Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the invoicing workflow using products such as SAP VIM and ICG Workflow
- Manage and track contracts, cover sheets, and signatures for pending contracts using products such as iCertis
- Create and monitor purchase requests within SAP
- Act as the liaison between the vendor and Love’s legal team to ensure the contract can be executed
- Assist with the successful onboarding of new vendors
- Maintain the retention of contractual records
- Create and distribute reports as requested
Invoicing Coordinator Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Experience working with contracts
- Experience working with Accounts Payable
- Experience dealing with vendor communication is preferred
- Proficient with current technologies and standard business applications like MS Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
