Office Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing a group of people and dealing with the hiring, firing, training, etc.
- Ordering supplies for the office and managing the inventory.
- Credentialing for the physicians.
- Responsible for Paycom payroll, bi-weekly.
- Call the proper contacts if there is a problem at the building.
Office Manager Skills and Requirements:
- Medical clinic or office experience preferred.
- Ability to work in Epic.
- Degree strongly considered.
- Ability to read contacts and understand them.
- The ability to keep boundaries and be assertive but remain personable.
