Front Counter Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks.
- Daily and Month End Reports.
- Human Resources.
- Payroll and similar record keeping.
- Management of office, warehouse, and safety supplies.
- DOT records.
- Certificate of Liability filing.
- Invoice Shipments.
- Opening/Closing Duties.
Front Counter Administrator Requirements / Expectations:
- Self-motivated, problem solver, able to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Basic Math.
- Work History as an administrative assistant preferred.
