Cybersecurity Analyst Core Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate security alerts and logs from managed detection and response (MDR) providers and other security platforms.

Investigate and analyze potential security incidents, escalating when necessary.

Assist in vulnerability management efforts, including scanning, analysis, and remediation coordination.

Document and maintain detailed security event records and incident reports.

Support compliance initiatives, including audits and regulatory reviews.

Contribute to the implementation and enforcement of cybersecurity best practices throughout the organization.

Perform routine security assessments and provide actionable recommendations for risk mitigation.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure robust endpoint protection, firewall configurations, and overall network security.

Deliver user training and awareness sessions on current cybersecurity threats and secure practices.
Cybersecurity Analyst Minimum Qualifications:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT security, cybersecurity operations, or a related discipline.

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to manage and implement technical projects effectively.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Demonstrated reliability and strong professional ethics.

Valid driver’s license with no restrictions that would prevent operation of company vehicles and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
