Installation Technician Duties & Responsibilities:
- Survey sites to assess information, requirements, and logistics.
- Efficiently diagnose and resolve network issues on site.
- Communicate to clients effectively what is going on and the steps being taken to fix it.
- Troubleshoot network failures and resolve the issue quickly and completely
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Contain an organized schedule and workplace.
Installation Technician Skills & Requirements:
- Two-year electronics degree or equivalent military / industry experience
- Knowledge of advanced computer skills and network applications
- Minimum of a CompTIA Net+ certification within 6 months of hire
- Communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Able to stand, bend over, squat or sit for prolonged periods of time
