Titan Professional Resources is looking for a NOC Admin to join a rapidly growing company here in the OKC area. This is a hybrid position offering a unique schedule of 10-hour days with a three day weekend. If this is something that would interest you, apply with us today!

NOC Admin Responsibilities:

  • Use enterprise monitoring tools to oversee critical sites and production/non-production environments.
  • Analyze incoming alerts, tickets, notifications, and reports.
  • Run diagnostic scripts, commands, and utilities on behalf of server, database, and network teams.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting tasks, including Windows and/or Linux service restarts.
  • Recognize and report symptoms of hardware or system failures.
  • Maintain an updated contact list of vendors, support personnel, and escalation matrices.
  • Follow ITIL concepts and adhere to existing Problem, Change, and Incident Management procedures.
  • Utilize ticketing systems (ServiceNow) for issue tracking and resolution.
  • Manage remote desktop tools (e.g., Remote Desktop Connection, vSphere).
  • Operate video conferencing tools (e.g., WebEx, Teams) for situation management.

NOC Admin Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of helpdesk, junior admin, or related IT experience.
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow for filtering and routing alerts.
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise applications, Windows servers (2008-2019), and networking.
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting tools like Remote Desktop Connection and vSphere.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and prioritize tasks efficiently.
