Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update tracking systems for underwriting workflows, including distribution of deliverables, approval timelines, and completion status.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including managing calendars for multiple team members.
  • Assist with formatting, revising, and maintaining documents in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to ensure accuracy and consistency with company guidelines.
  • Monitor shared email inboxes within Underwriting and Reinsurance to identify unresolved items and ensure timely follow‑up.
  • Communicate and collaborate across various teams and executives to support operational efficiency.
  • Provide general administrative support and contribute to process improvement efforts as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of administrative support experience or similar professional background.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and related tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team objectives.
