Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering professional, friendly, and responsive service
  • Communicate with customers to gather job details, answer general questions, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently to service calls and projects
  • Prepare quotes and estimates using systems such as QuickBooks or Service Fusion
  • Coordinate job details between customers, technicians, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to customer jobs and service activities
  • Assist with general administrative and filing duties as needed to support office operations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or office coordination preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Service Fusion, or similar software is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with basic office technology and computer systems
