Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering professional, friendly, and responsive service
- Communicate with customers to gather job details, answer general questions, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish
- Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently to service calls and projects
- Prepare quotes and estimates using systems such as QuickBooks or Service Fusion
- Coordinate job details between customers, technicians, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to customer jobs and service activities
- Assist with general administrative and filing duties as needed to support office operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or office coordination preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Experience with QuickBooks, Service Fusion, or similar software is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic office technology and computer systems
