Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes, workflows, and operational challenges
- Create process maps, flowcharts, and standardized documentation using tools such as Microsoft Visio
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Evaluate opportunities where automation or generative AI technologies could enhance business operations, and propose conceptual solutions
- Assist in gathering and documenting requirements for AI and automation initiatives
- Participate in learning and applying generative AI tools and automation technologies through cross-training opportunities
- Support implementation of automation and AI initiatives in collaboration with technical teams
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team and business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Economics, MIS, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong skills in process mapping, workflow documentation, and standardization
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills
- Strong technical aptitude and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, including generative AI
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and effectively partner with cross-functional teams
- Experience with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Familiarity with automation workflow tools such as UiPath, Make, or n8n
- Advanced experience with generative AI tools, including creating custom GPTs or AI agents
