Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define integration strategies and implementation plans, including project timelines.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between various platforms and applications to enable efficient data flow and interoperability.
- Develop and manage scalable APIs to support communication between internal and external systems.
- Create automation scripts and routines to enhance integration processes and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and ensure alignment with integration goals.
- Document integration workflows, configurations, and best practices for future reference and compliance.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve integration capabilities.
- Assess existing COBOL-based systems and identify opportunities for modernization.
- Refactor legacy COBOL code to improve functionality, performance, and maintainability using modern programming languages such as C# or Python.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education & experience will be considered: Bachelors degree preferred.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and React.js.
- Familiarity with modern integration frameworks and API development.
- Experience with COBOL modernization and migration to contemporary languages.
