We are seeking an experienced Assistant Corporate Controller to support the accounting and financial reporting functions for a multi-entity organization. This leadership role is ideal for a strategic accounting professional with extensive corporate accounting experience and a strong background in complex financial environments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting for multiple entities
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements
- Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain internal controls
- Partner with leadership on financial reporting and process improvements
- Lead and mentor accounting staff
Qualifications
- Extensive Controller or Assistant Controller experience
- Multi-entity accounting experience required
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Oil and gas industry experience strongly preferred
- CPA preferred
