Titan Professional Resources is seeking a Banking Admin Assistant to support the daily operations and administration of online banking and electronic service platforms for a financial services organization. This role focuses on customer support, system administration, and internal service coordination.
Banking Admin Assistant Responsibilities
- Administer online banking access, including user setup, identity verification, and password resets
- Troubleshoot online and mobile banking issues and communicate resolutions via phone and email
- Support onboarding of ACH originators and assist with electronic payment services
- Assist with administration of electronic services systems, including online banking, mobile pay, bill pay, ACH, and credit card programs
- Review daily system reports and assist with electronic services projects and reporting
- Provide support to branch staff, including check scanner setup and troubleshooting
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of systems and customer data
- Perform additional electronic services duties as assigned
Banking Admin Assistant Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a business-related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of customer service experience in banking or a related financial services environment
- Experience with online and mobile banking products preferred
- Familiarity with electronic banking products, services, and applicable regulations
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
