Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer billing inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail
- Navigate multiple PC and web-based systems simultaneously
- Handle incoming calls in a fast-paced call center environment
- Research and resolve billing issues using internal databases
- Provide courteous and professional support to guests and customers
- Track and follow up on customer requests using request management tools
- Maintain and update customer records and databases

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of customer service experience (preferred)
