Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer billing inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail
  • Navigate multiple PC and web-based systems simultaneously
  • Handle incoming calls in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Research and resolve billing issues using internal databases
  • Provide courteous and professional support to guests and customers
  • Track and follow up on customer requests using request management tools
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases
  • Meet productivity and performance goals
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
