Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements
- Contribute to the design and planning of software features, system interfaces, and workflow solutions
- Build, enhance, and maintain relational database structures with an emphasis on efficiency, scalability, and data accuracy
- Manage database conversions and perform data migration activities across systems as needed
- Serve as a liaison between end‑users and development teams by communicating feedback, challenges, and improvement opportunities
- Deliver user training and technical assistance to ensure smooth adoption of new tools or processes
- Participate in project meetings, offering insights and support throughout the planning and implementation phases
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated background in business analysis and database development
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and stay motivated in a dynamic environment
- Hands‑on experience with SSIS, ETL processes, or custom migration frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with software design activities, including interface and feature scoping
- Proven ability to handle database conversion and migration tasks
- Comfortable working independently while also thriving in collaborative team settings
- Ability to travel when necessary for project or client needs
