Titan Professional Resources is seeking a BA/ PM to support client initiatives by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven insights. This role partners with business and technical stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, ensure regulatory alignment, and support the adoption of emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience serving as a Business Analyst, Functional Lead, or in a comparable role
- Proficiency with project management and work tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, AdaptiveWork)
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Strong background in data analysis, process documentation, and requirements elicitation
- Working knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Skills & Requirements
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements
- Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions
- Strong process-mapping and documentation skills (e.g., current-state and future-state workflows)
- Comfort working in cross-functional environments with both technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Understanding of software development lifecycles and delivery methodologies
- Interest in emerging technologies and their application within financial services environments
