Titan Professional Resources is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial operations for a client organization. The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and align financial strategy with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team
- Develop policies, procedures, and tools to ensure strong fiscal management
- Create predictive financial models and analyses to support strategic planning
- Advise on long-term financial and business strategies, cash flow, and investments
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS, state regulations, and grant requirements
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and internal controls
- Serve as financial liaison to the Board, Executive Team, and external partners
- Represent the organization to investors, auditors, and financial institutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- CPA certification preferred or near completion
- Minimum of 2 years as CFO or equivalent experience managing a budget of $10M+
- Experience in nonprofit or complex fund accounting preferred
- Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software (e.g., Sage MIP or comparable)
