We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Client Solutions Executive to help grow and support our technology solutions business. This role is responsible for identifying client needs, developing strategic relationships, and delivering customized managed services and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new and existing customer technology needs and recommend managed services solutions
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation
- Build relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and referral networks
- Conduct sales presentations and communicate solutions effectively to customers
- Manage customer accounts and maintain long-term business relationships
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and service agreements
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams
- Develop account plans, sales goals, and growth strategies for assigned accounts
- Follow up on projects, opportunities, and customer requests to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong prospecting, lead development, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of enterprise technology solutions such as Cisco, Juniper, HPE, Microsoft, or similar platforms
- Excellent presentation, communication, and consultative sales abilities
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Understanding of contract terminology and business agreements
- Relevant vendor certifications are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred
