Company Trainer

Titan Professional Resources is seeking an experienced Company Trainer to join one of our clients in the Oklahoma City area! This position is responsible for designing and delivering training programs related to company products, services, processes, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop effective training programs and support employee development.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with leadership and department heads to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs for internal employees and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to access additional resources and provide the tools and solutions needed for effective training.
  • Develop and implement new training strategies and processes while contributing to existing program improvements.
  • Ensure training programs meet established procedures, quality standards, and organizational requirements.
  • Develop systems and processes to monitor employee performance and ensure responsibilities are being performed according to training.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback on opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify training needs, challenges, and opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Train employees on applicable company, government, customer, and industry policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Provide support, guidance, and mentoring to new employees.
  • Help promote a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing experience required; experience in the valve manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of oil and gas industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 2–4 years of related training experience; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience developing and delivering employee training programs.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with leadership, department heads, and employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Must reside in the Oklahoma City area.
  • This is an on-site position and is not remote.
