Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and present performance insights to senior leaders.
- Analyze variances, monitor spending, and recommend operational improvements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI/reporting development.
- Maintain financial policies, internal controls, and efficient payroll/accounting workflows.
- Assist with cash flow planning, tax documentation, and communication with external accountants.
- Prepare audit materials and stay updated on compliance requirements.
- Participate in hiring, training, and development of finance and accounting staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Master’s preferred
- 4+ years in accounting or finance
- Strong background in reporting, budgeting, and multi‑entity operations
- CPA preferred
- Microsoft Office, Sage Intacct, Concur, or similar systems
