Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product literature, pricing, references, and other relevant information to customers.
  • Prepare and route sales order configurations and price quotes.
  • Manage documentation for returned goods and coordinate with receiving and accounting departments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support outside sales representatives with their needs.
  • Assist the accounting department as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to senior team members.
  • Collaborate with production to expedite and ensure timely delivery of shipments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong active listening, negotiation, and critical thinking skills.
  • Solid understanding of general job functions and responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Visual ERP systems.
