Customer Support Administrator

Customer Support Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Review orders before they go out for delivery
  • Create reports to monitor accounts and ensure they are receiving the correct orders
  • Assist the management team with supply orders
  • Create ticket orders for customers
  • Identify and resolve issues in supply ordering
  • Monitor functionality
  • Audit supply orders
  • Ensure achievement of short-term and long-term objectives
  • Coordinate with warehouse to retrieve supplies from client locations
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls

Customer Support Administrator Requirements:
