Customer Support Administrator Responsibilities:
- Review orders before they go out for delivery
- Create reports to monitor accounts and ensure they are receiving the correct orders
- Assist the management team with supply orders
- Create ticket orders for customers
- Identify and resolve issues in supply ordering
- Monitor functionality
- Audit supply orders
- Ensure achievement of short-term and long-term objectives
- Coordinate with warehouse to retrieve supplies from client locations
- Handle inbound/outbound calls
