Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the desktop support team.
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Mentor team members and conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure timely resolution of escalated support tickets and maintain service level standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve support processes and user experience.
- Create and maintain documentation, workflows, templates, and diagrams using Microsoft Office tools.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and knowledge management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in desktop support or related IT roles.
- Proven leadership experience in a technical support environment.
- Strong knowledge of desktop hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio for diagramming and workflow creation.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence platforms.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
