Primary Responsibilities:
- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Windows-based software deployments.
- Oversee infrastructure operations across both on-premises and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or equivalent languages to streamline system tasks.
- Configure and manage virtualization platforms including Hyper-V and VMware.
- Monitor network performance and address security vulnerabilities proactively.
- Ensure optimal performance and availability of application services.
- Administer and fine-tune relational and non-relational database systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance deployment and integration workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and operational procedures.
- (Bonus) Support AI-driven initiatives such as intelligent automation, monitoring, or machine learning model deployment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or systems engineering roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server environments and networking protocols.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Familiarity with database platforms including SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
