Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel.
  • Prepare and refine documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Organize meetings from agenda planning to follow‑ups and logistics.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming emails, calls, and other communications.
  • Handle expense reports and ensure accurate, timely submissions.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Conduct research and compile information when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive materials appropriately.
  • Support executive‑driven initiatives, events, and team activities.
  • Use personal devices for secure, multi‑factor‑authenticated access when required.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years supporting executives in a professional setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to adjust to executive schedules when needed.
