Font Counter Sales Support Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with a positive and professional attitude
- Write up customer orders accurately and enter them into the system
- Pull product from the back to fulfill customer orders as needed
- Work closely with the Branch Manager and existing team members to support daily operations
- Troubleshoot customer questions and provide guidance using product knowledge and system tools
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the counter area and front of house
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with both customers and internal team members
- Learn the ins and outs of our products, systems, and procedures to become a go-to resource for customers
Font Counter Sales Support Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of customer service, counter sales, or inside sales experience (lighting or similar industry preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – must be friendly, approachable, and helpful
- Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and take direction well
- Computer-savvy – able to pick up new systems and software quickly
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks such as pulling orders and assisting in the warehouse area when needed
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order entry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
