Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the HRIS to support organizational data and reporting needs.
  • Ensure data integrity across HR systems through regular audits and updates.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Conduct compensation surveys and market analyses to assess competitiveness of pay programs.
  • Support annual salary planning, including structure development and budget forecasting.
  • Assist in the administration of performance management and incentive programs.
  • Manage compliance activities such as 401(k) audits and non-discrimination testing.
  • Provide support for employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and wellness initiatives.
  • Utilize multi-factor authentication via personal device to ensure secure access to company systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in HRIS, compensation, or related HR functions.
  • Strong communication, time management, and project coordination skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
