Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the HRIS to support organizational data and reporting needs.
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems through regular audits and updates.
- Generate standard and ad hoc reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Conduct compensation surveys and market analyses to assess competitiveness of pay programs.
- Support annual salary planning, including structure development and budget forecasting.
- Assist in the administration of performance management and incentive programs.
- Manage compliance activities such as 401(k) audits and non-discrimination testing.
- Provide support for employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and wellness initiatives.
- Utilize multi-factor authentication via personal device to ensure secure access to company systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in HRIS, compensation, or related HR functions.
- Strong communication, time management, and project coordination skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
