Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily IT infrastructure operations (servers, networks, data centers, telecom, and software)
- Lead cybersecurity efforts, ensuring vendors and systems meet compliance standards
- Oversee wireless network performance, capacity planning, and future growth
- Align IT systems and processes with business needs, including software evaluation and cost optimization
- Direct multiple cross-functional IT projects and initiatives
- Build and lead development teams supporting reporting tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Manage vendor relationships and outsourced service providers
- Develop and monitor IT budgets, resources, and asset lifecycle planning
- Establish IT standards, procedures, and best practices
- Mentor team members and support performance development
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT leadership and infrastructure experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, VMware, networking, and cybersecurity
- Experience with CRM systems and enterprise applications (CDK a plus)
- Proven project management, vendor management, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities
