Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support network systems, servers, storage, messaging platforms, and workstations
- Plan, test, and implement system upgrades and infrastructure improvements
- Manage backups, disaster recovery processes, and system security controls
- Monitor system performance, storage capacity, and software licensing
- Support mobile devices, wireless services, and related server environments
- Maintain system documentation and provide technical recommendations for planning and budgeting
- Participate in ongoing training to remain current with evolving technologies
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience supporting servers, networking, storage, and security systems
- Microsoft networking experience preferred
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Technical certifications related to infrastructure or security preferred
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Reliable attendance and ability to maintain confidentiality
