Titan Professional Resources is seeking an experienced Landman / Land Manager to join one of our clients here in OKC. This position will support land operations, owner relations, leasing activities, and other land-related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage leasing activities and communicate directly with land and mineral owners
- Negotiate leases, settlements, and other land-related agreements
- Research and resolve land, title, and ownership issues
- Handle rights-of-way and division order matters
- Assist with changes of ownership and related documentation
- Work closely with accounting on ownership, payment, and land-related matters
- Coordinate outsourced land work and outside land professionals
- Support land activities related to drilling and ongoing operations
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners and other external stakeholders
- Serve as an internal resource for land and oil and gas industry-related questions
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of relevant Landman experience
- Strong understanding of oil and gas land practices and terminology
- Experience with leasing, owner relations, division orders, rights-of-way, and ownership issues
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple land matters and outside resources
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
