Titan Professional Resources is seeking an experienced Linux Systems Administrator to manage and maintain Linux-based infrastructure. This role involves server setup, system monitoring, scripting, and ensuring security and performance across multiple environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers based on operational standards.
- Perform OS patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor system health, applications, and scheduled jobs daily.
- Manage backups and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain documentation for installation and configuration procedures.
- Conduct regular security audits and manage user access.
- Collaborate with teams to support system uptime and performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Linux administration experience.
- Red Hat certification (RHEL).
- At least 3 years of scripting experience (Shell, Python, Perl, PowerShell).
- Strong understanding of Linux OS configuration and management.
- Familiarity with load balancing, server farms, and web services.
- Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, HTTP, and TLS.
- Experience with virtualization and automation tools (e.g., Ansible).
- Proficiency in shell scripting, cron jobs, and log analysis.
- Experience with OpenShift, Kafka, and Windows Server environments.
