Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the owners, managing delegated responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality
- Coordinate patient scheduling, confirm appointments, and manage calendar logistics
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and profiles
- Assist with processing medical billing and insurance-related documentation
- Organize and execute internal events, promotional activities, and community outreach efforts
- Oversee inventory levels and place supply orders to support uninterrupted facility operations
- Act as a liaison for vendors, clients, and internal staff, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, including social media content and client communications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical, aesthetics, or wellness setting is preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with patient management systems and medical billing processes is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
