Titan Professional Resources is seeking a Senior .NET Developer for a fully remote contract opportunity. This role is ideal for a highly experienced software engineer who can quickly integrate with an established development team, take ownership of key initiatives, and deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions with minimal ramp-up time.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to architect, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain scalable applications independently. While our team utilizes AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and Codex to enhance productivity, we are looking for an engineer who can confidently design and build solutions beyond AI-generated code.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C# and .NET.
- Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.
- Develop and maintain applications within the Microsoft Azure environment.
- Create and manage data models using Entity Framework.
- Build, test, and support modern web applications and APIs.
- Develop and maintain automated testing using Playwright.
- Collaborate with a team of developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and implement effective solutions.
- Contribute to application architecture and technical design decisions.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering workflows while maintaining ownership of code quality.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET development.
- Strong experience with SQL development and database optimization.
- Experience developing applications in Microsoft Azure.
- Expertise with Entity Framework.
- Experience building and supporting modern web applications.
- Experience with Playwright or similar automated testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and scalable application architecture.
- Ability to work independently and contribute immediately in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
