Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site network installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Conduct site surveys, gather requirements, and prepare equipment for deployment
- Install and support network-connected devices (printing, scanning, faxing)
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity and network performance issues quickly
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding work performed and solutions
- Document configurations and service activity accurately
- Maintain a professional presence while delivering excellent customer service
- Travel to client sites daily and manage field-based projects independently
Qualifications
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting practices
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
- Ability to use hand tools and network testing equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- CompTIA Network+ certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months preferred)
