Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of ongoing projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met
- Coordinate daily operational readiness by confirming that crews, equipment, and materials are properly prepared and deployed each morning
- Travel to job sites regularly to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure work is being completed efficiently and safely
- Act as a central support resource for field teams, helping resolve issues quickly and keeping operations running smoothly
- Assist with budgeting activities, tracking expenses, and managing operational costs
- Support inventory tracking and ensure proper allocation of equipment and materials
- Review and assist with employee timekeeping to ensure accuracy and timely submission
- Serve as a key liaison between leadership and field teams, helping maintain clear communication and accountability
- Contribute to overall operational improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in operations management and team leadership is required
- Background in commercial landscaping or a similar field service environment is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and oversee field-based teams
- Strong work ethic with a hands-on, proactive approach to responsibilities
- Reliable and committed to maintaining consistent performance and accountability
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
