Operations Trainer Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain training content, including guides, presentations, and self-paced materials.
  • Simplify complex processes and policies into easy-to-understand learning resources.
  • Plan and lead individual and group training sessions, both in-person and virtual.
  • Gather information from subject matter experts and existing documentation to build accurate, relevant content.
  • Track training activities in the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide reporting to leadership.
  • Assess learner needs and identify gaps to improve training effectiveness.
  • Ensure all materials align with adult learning principles and organizational goals.

Operations Trainer Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years in training or instructional design.
  • Previous experience in sales training required; automotive industry experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with modern training tools and methods.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
