Operations Trainer Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain training content, including guides, presentations, and self-paced materials.
- Simplify complex processes and policies into easy-to-understand learning resources.
- Plan and lead individual and group training sessions, both in-person and virtual.
- Gather information from subject matter experts and existing documentation to build accurate, relevant content.
- Track training activities in the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide reporting to leadership.
- Assess learner needs and identify gaps to improve training effectiveness.
- Ensure all materials align with adult learning principles and organizational goals.
Operations Trainer Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years in training or instructional design.
- Previous experience in sales training required; automotive industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with modern training tools and methods.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
