We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Organizational Development Coordinator to support training and employee development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with experience in training coordination, content creation, and learning management systems who enjoys collaborating with others and helping employees succeed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, schedule, and support company-wide training programs and development initiatives.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, participant guides, videos, manuals, and other educational resources.
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), CRM, and other training platforms.
- Update training curriculum and resource materials to ensure content remains accurate and current.
- Gather and evaluate feedback from employees and leadership to identify training needs and improve existing programs.
- Assist with the development of new training content and refresher courses for company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to support organizational development projects.
- Track training initiatives, maintain accurate records, and provide progress updates.
- Support special projects and other organizational development initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field required.
- 2+ years of experience in training, instructional content creation, content management, or a related field (3–5 years preferred).
- Sales training experience is a plus.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), CRM platforms, and web-based training tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to analyze training needs and improve learning programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
