Titan Professional Resources is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives for client organizations. This role focuses on driving day-to-day execution, aligning stakeholders, and managing scope, timelines, and dependencies within evolving project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily project activities, including tasks, schedules, dependencies, and deliverables
- Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders
- Define project scope, support phased delivery, and help prioritize critical requirements
- Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and the impact of changes across systems and processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Manage scope changes through a structured change control process
- Adapt communication style to different audiences while maintaining clarity and professionalism
- Support hybrid project delivery models (primarily waterfall with agile elements)
- Contribute to the improvement of project management standards and PMO practices
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and task management skills
- Effective communicator with a people-focused, adaptable approach
- Comfortable working across business and technical discussions
- Working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, risk, and change control
- Familiarity with requirements gathering and discovery processes
- Understanding of IT systems, integrations, and delivery methodologies
- PMP certification or willingness to pursue
- Experience supporting PMOs or large, cross-functional initiatives preferred.
