Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute recruiting plans to fill open positions for sales associates and shop technicians
– Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g. job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates
– Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to determine candidate fit
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
– Conduct reference checks and assist with the onboarding process
– Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a contract recruiter or similar role
– Experience in sourcing and recruiting for sales associates and shop technicians
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
